Banner Engineering QS30VR3R is a photo-electric sensor designed for through-beam system applications, functioning as the receiver component in an opposed mode setup. It features an M30 threaded mount for secure installation and is equipped with a pre-wired 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for easy connection. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C and is housed in a durable thermoplastic with an acrylic lens, ensuring a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6 against dust and water ingress. The QS30VR3R supports a wide supply voltage range, accepting 24Vac-250Vac (with 200Vac, 220Vac, and 240Vac nominal) and 12Vdc-250Vdc (with 24Vdc, 48Vdc, and 120Vdc nominal), making it versatile for various power supply configurations. It offers a sensing distance of up to 60 meters and utilizes infrared (IR) light for detection. The sensor provides flexible operation modes, including Light-ON and Dark-ON, and features a single digital output (SPDT relay contact) with a response time of 15ms / 0.015 seconds.
